Personal data is information linked to you
Your trust is important to us. Our goal is that you feel safe when you provide us with personal data. Personal data is any information that can be used to identify an individual.
We take steps to ensure that your personal data is always protected by us and that processing takes place in accordance with applicable data protection rules and out internal guidelines and procedures. We have also appointed a data protection officer whose task is to check that we comply with these rules, guidelines and procedures. Personal data is provided and obtained, before and in connection with the initiation of a customer relationship and an agreement is entered and/or a task is provided, or otherwise related to a customer relationship.
We protect your privacy
Your personal data is always protected by us. At ICA Banken we safeguard your personal privacy. We prioritise the protection of all information you entrust to us and comply with the laws and rules that exist to protect your privacy, such as the Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act and the rules on bank secrecy. Only a limited number of people with special authorisation have access to the information.
This is how ICA Banken processes your personal data
ICA Banken processes personal data with the aim of administering the customer relationship. Personal data is provided and obtained, before and in connection with the initiation of a customer relationship and an agreement is entered into and/or a task is provided, or otherwise related to a customer relationship.
We may also use the information we have about you in order to provide relevant information about and marketing of our own, ICA group’s and specially selected partners’ goods and services.
The data protection legislation gives you a number of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. For example, you have the right to request access to your personal data (so-called registry extracts). You also have the right to request that your data is corrected or deleted, that the processing is limited, that any consent is revoked and that your data is not used for direct marketing.
Manage the customer relationship
We process your data for the purpose of managing your customer relationship with ICA Banken e.g. to register your data in our customer register, in order to communicate with you about the customer relationship, send notifications, ensure that your data is updated and correct and document agreements entered into and interactions with you.
We process the following information.
- Identity information e.g. first name, surname, company name
- Contact details e.g. email address and phone number
- Customer engagement e.g. data on which products and services you have
- User account e.g. username
- Customer segment e.g. data on which customer segment you belong to
Right to request register extracts
You have the right to request a registry extract of what information about you that ICA Banken processes. You can also request that data is deleted or changed should they be incorrect or incomplete.
